Trentvalley Equestrian is to the west of Newark,
a couple of miles southeast of Southwell,
near Southwell racecourse.
 
Stables for this week-end are in very short supply so please book early to avoid disappointment.
 
Grazing and camping space is plentiful.
 
Showers will be provided
 
Refreshments will be available during the day.
 
Veterinary inspections will be carried out both mornings at 08:00/08:30 and will be timetabled.
 
Each Club will be required to provide a time keeper and a scorer.
